I work within a humanistic approach. This means that we work together to explore and clarify your thoughts, feelings, emotions and behaviours.
Life can be tough and learning how to recognise and communicate our wants and needs can be the first step towards an improved life. Together we can look at your relationship with yourself, others and the world. In a safe space we explore and work through issues that are causing you pain, sadness, stress or are simply holding you back. We can identify patterns that may no longer be helpful. Good therapy means having your problems, no matter how big or how small, met with compassion and respect. Simply being heard, without an agenda, without pre-conceptions and without judgement can be a profoundly powerful experience.
